Follow the stabilization phase of the Thonon Diet : A fast and effective diet

Follow a stabilization phase or a consolidation phase is essential if one wishes not to regain weight lost.

Bellow, we offer TWO stabilization diets: A typical day at 1200 calories per day and a typical day at 1500 calories per day, to fit better the requirements of a stabilization phase and specifically for the Thonon Diet.

You can vary the food everyday, so as not systematically repeat the same meal.

However, try to keep the philosophy of these menus and the quantities.

How to choose the stabilization diet that suits you?

The principle is simple. The stabilization period is important to follow at the end of the Thonon Diet, so as not to regain weight and avoid the yo-yo effect!

  • For ladies, you should choose 1200 calories per day plan and go to that to 1500 calories per day if you're hungry
  • For men, choose directly the 1500 calories per day and go to the 1200 calories per day if the menus are too large in quantity

For both stabilization diets, in observing these menus, you will see that they are complementary. So you can switch from one to another by adding or deleting some of foods, without creating a nutritional imbalance.

Stabilization diet: 1200 calories per day

Breakfast

  • A bowl of tea or coffee, without sugar
  • A low-fat yoghurt or 100g of cottage cheese or a glass of skim milk
  • 1 slice of wholemeal bread or white bread in default, with 10 grams of margarine
  • 1 fresh fruit or a glass of fruit juice

Snack (optional)

  • 100 grams of cottage cheese or a small fresh fruit
  • A cup of tea, coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch

  • 100 to 200 grams of vegetables to choose, with a vinaigrette made from one teaspoon of vegetable oil for essential fatty acids
  • 100 to 150 grams of lean meat or fish (alternating with two fired eggs, two times per week) for protein
  • 100 to 200 grams of vegetables to choose for vitamins and dietary fiber
  • 100 grams of cottage cheese lean unsweetened
  • 1 fresh fruit washed and not peeled

Snack in the afternoon

  • A yoghurt 0% fat
  • A hot or a cold drink without sugar

Dinner

  • A bowl of homemade soup with vegetables for vitamins and dietary fiber
  • 1 small potato for carbohydrates
  • 100 to 150 grams of meat or fish cooked without fat
  • 100 to 200 grams of green vegetables with 10 grams of margarine for essential fatty acidss
  • 1 slice of bread
  • 1 small fruit washed but unpeeled

In the evening (optional)

  • An infusion

 

 

Stabilization diet: 1500 calories per day

Breakfast

  • A bowl of tea or coffee, without sugar
  • A low-fat yoghurt or 100g of cottage cheese or a glass of skim milk
  • 1 slice of wholemeal bread or white bread in default, with 10 grams of margarine
  • 1 fresh fruit or a glass of fruit juice

Snack (optional)

  • 100 grams of cottage cheese or a small fresh fruit
  • A cup of tea, coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch

  • 100 to 200 grams of vegetables to choose from, with a vinaigrette made from one teaspoon of vegetable oil for essential fatty acids
  • 100 to 150 grams of fish, lean meat (alternated with two eggs, two times per week) for protein
  • 100 to 200 grams of vegetables to choose from for vitamins and dietary fiber
  • A bowl of starchy foods: whole grains, legumes or potato
  • 1 knob of sunflower margarine (5 g)
  • 100 grams of cottage cheese lean unsweetened
  • 1 fresh fruit washed and not peeled

Snack in the afternoon

  • A yoghurt 0% fat
  • A hot or a cold drink without sugar

Dinner

  • A bowl of homemade soup with vegetables for vitamins and dietary fiber
  • 1 small potato for carbohydrates
  • 100 to 150 grams of meat or fish cooked without fat
  • 100 to 200 grams of green vegetables with 10 grams of margarine for essential fatty acids
  • 1 slice of bread
  • 1 small fruit washed but unpeeled

In the evening (optional)

  • An infusion
