Breakfast of the Thonon Diet
- Coffee or tea without sugar, with a little milk.
- Take nothing else (no cookies, no chocolate, no sweets, ...). Nothing else (just coffee or tea at will and without sugar)
Lunch of the Thonon Diet
For the second day of the Thonon Diet, you can eat a burger (5% fat) without salt. To cook it, use a hot pan.
Eat your burger with a green salad and tomatoes which you can eat at will. Do not add salt. Use lemon juice as a possible seasoning.
Fruits are also at will. Enjoy it!
- Eat nothing else.
Dinner of the Thonon Diet
- The dinner for the second day of the Thonon Diet is pretty rough. You only can eat cooked ham, but at will! This is typically a high-protein meal.
- Eat nothing else (no vegetables, no fruit, ...)
- Drink water if you are hungry. To fill your hunger, you also can eat more ham.
